About the role

  • Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems at key customer site.
  • Troubleshoot and repair system problems.
  • Submit service reports, expense reports, and "Bug" reports in a timely manner.
  • Enter work performed in service database in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate service spares inventory.
  • Revise/review SOPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to align optical systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant field service or technical support experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed (>50%)
