About the role
- Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems at key customer site.
- Troubleshoot and repair system problems.
- Submit service reports, expense reports, and "Bug" reports in a timely manner.
- Enter work performed in service database in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate service spares inventory.
- Revise/review SOPs.
- Demonstrated ability to align optical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant field service or technical support experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed (>50%)
