About the role
- Lead the day-to-day management of 3–4 major initiatives, including facilitating cross-functional meetings, providing regular updates to leadership, and ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance by analyzing guest and operator feedback, along with relevant industry trends, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the testing and validation of new solutions through close collaboration with vendors, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of solution rollouts by developing clear supporting materials, communications, and executive-ready presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing / project management
- Demonstrated or previous experience with complex project management is preferred, but not required
