• Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and prioritize automation needs
• Identifying test cases with high automation ROI and reducing manual testing effort
• Maintaining and improving internal tools to support efficient testing and reporting
• Develop test documentation and perform functional tests
• Documenting test cases, results, and defects clearly and systematically
• Actively participating in daily team meetings, sharing feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement
