Requirements
9+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing roles, ideally in a large-scale SaaS, consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer tech company
2+ years of people management experience overseeing marketing initiatives or teams
Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing strategic planning and project management
Data-driven customer segmentation experience
Technical knowledge in lifecycle marketing software solutions to optimize campaigns and tailor messaging
Experience with D2C Lifecycle Marketing campaigns
Experience working with multilocation campaigns
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Iterable, Customer.io, Braze, or Marketo)
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to drive campaign effectiveness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership skills in developing and managing individual contributors, including coaching and mentoring
Extensive experience in customer journey mapping
