About the role
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security in Salesforce
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Maintain and enhance workflows, approval processes, and custom objects
- Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ: product configuration, pricing rules, discounting models, and approval workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CPQ solutions tailored to business needs
- Design and implement custom solutions using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Optimize Salesforce Lightning pages for improved user experience
- Develop advanced automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI tools to enhance analytics and automate insights
- Implement advanced automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and support requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Provide training to end-users to improve adoption rates
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and CPQ
- Proficiency in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex programming
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automations (Flows, Process Builder) and AI tools like Einstein Analytics
- Familiarity with integrations involving third-party systems (e.g., SAP or other ERPs) (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud (preferred)
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred); Salesforce Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist highly desirable (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Latin America (LATAM)
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours
