About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and connected Revenue Operations systems.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality deliverables.
- Work with Salesforce Admins to ensure alignment between development and configuration efforts.
- Optimize and refactor existing code and processes for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions.
- Collaborate on data migration, cleansing, and synchronization strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for code, integrations, and customizations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices, proactively recommending enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP, billing, and marketing automation platforms).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD processes, and deployment strategies for Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for scalable architecture.
- Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools such as Flows, and Apex Triggers.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
