About the role
- Oversee and develop the Salesforce CRM platform used across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Finance, and Internal Engineering
- Build quoting tools and sales processes that aid sales targets, support customer retention via predictive modeling, and facilitate executive data collection
- Mentor, train, and perform code reviews for team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and resolve issues
- Code backend and frontend solutions using JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Identify and reduce system technical debt and execute all phases of software development including deployments and issue resolution
- Support end user experience through thoughtful UX design and build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices
- Establish development roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on development best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics preferred)
- 5+ years of development experience, with 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform in a complex environment preferred
- Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred
- Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1)
- Professional English fluency required
- Experience successfully working alongside other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
