About the role
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within asset-intensive manufacturing organisations
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder, value-based deals
- Engage mid-management to executive stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and engineering functions
- Collaborate with pre-sales, BDRs, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless sales experience
- React quickly to market opportunities and demonstrate commercial ownership
- Translate manufacturing challenges (downtime, compliance, asset degradation) into tailored solutions using the Ultimo EAM platform
- Contribute to the UK go-to-market strategy using customer insights to improve positioning
- Help foster a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in enterprise software sales (EAM, CMMS, or manufacturing technology preferred)
- Proven track record in generating and closing high-value deals independently
- Experience selling to operational and executive-level stakeholders in industrial or plant environments
- Strong consultative sales skills and commercial acumen
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and aligning solutions with business value
- Ability to thrive in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership
- Background in pre-sales or technical consulting is a plus
- Fluent in English
