About the role

  • Drive profitable sales growth at global and regional key accounts for assigned product lines.
  • Develop and onboard new customers within your defined area.
  • Act as a technical and commercial expert for specialty Inclusions products and their applications.
  • Define and execute strategies for global and regional key accounts regarding the Taura portfolio.
  • Support regional sales teams in implementing Food Ingredients the Inclusions Business Development strategy.
  • Identify white space opportunities and commercialize new innovations.
  • Manage complex customer projects involving cost, pricing, regulatory, and compliance aspects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for customers.
  • Build strong relationships by visiting key and high-potential accounts as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the food or specialty ingredients industry.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of product applications.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required for customer engagement.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment including cross functional support, ideation and strategy building
