Serve as a senior advisor to the Director of Talent Acquisition, leadership across Health Services, and executive recruitment.
Lead, mentor, and manage Talent Advisors with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including process improvements, performance metrics, and team development.
Partner cross-functionally to design innovative recruitment strategies, especially for niche and Clinical roles.
Engage internal stakeholders to align talent needs with organizational goals.
Stay informed of industry trends to keep recruitment practices agile and competitive.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to address department-specific recruitment needs.
Identify process gaps to enhance recruiter and sourcer productivity.
Work with Talent Acquisition Analysts to provide leadership with recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and insights for continuous development.
Hire, train, and manage support staff, while monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
Conduct performance reviews of each Team Member within IEHP guidelines.
Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, including developing sourcing strategies for difficult and hard-to-fill positions required
At least two (2) of those years must include leadership roles within HR and/or Talent Acquisition as a manager, supervisor, or lead with direct oversight of team performance
Experience with internet sourcing, recruitment branding/marketing, and tracking social recruitment ROI is required
Proven success in managing both clinical and executive recruitment functions, especially for hard-to-fill roles
Must have experience working within a managed care organization or health plan
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers
Demonstrates a hands-on approach and willingness to assist as a full-cycle recruiter to support critical hiring needs and team priorities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited institution required
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
AIRS Recruiter Certification is preferred
