Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, either in agency or in-house settings.
Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty technical positions, delivering measurable results.
Outcome-oriented with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including expertise in challenging closes, stakeholder management, and building key internal partnerships.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical leaders and cross-functional teams.
