About the role
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
- Install, onboard, and train clinic staff on IDEXX products
- Identify additional customer needs and present solutions
- Assist with critical customer need visits
- Provide onsite technical support
- Visit customers in the field every day
- Manage schedule and travel based on customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
- Training and/or practice management background strongly preferred
- Native Dutch Speaker
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French is a plus
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships
- Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Effective listening skills
- Technology proficiency with computers, tablets, and Smartphones
- Computer networking experience is preferred
