Partner with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to prepare, organize, and deliver customer-facing materials including proposals, QBRs, and sales presentations.
Attend Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings: take notes, prepare summaries, and provide follow-up support.
Take ownership of the QBR process —tracking deliverables, ensuring alignment with process requirements, and creating polished slide decks.
Act as the point of contact for the sales team, directing inquiries to the right resources and providing guidance on tool usage.
Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and customer insights using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Power BI, and other advanced tools.
Support ad hoc reporting and messaging requests from leadership.
Leverage Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI tools to optimize reporting, tracking, and data visualization.
Translate marketing and sales messaging into clear, compelling visuals for presentations and customer communications.
Create and update decks, infographics, and other design assets using Microsoft PowerPoint (Canva experience is a plus).
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather company insights that strengthen customer-facing content.
Innovate ways to streamline workflows and keep sales processes aligned with organizational goals.
Support go-to-market strategies through effective messaging, tracking, and communication.
Maintain sales support materials such as brochures, training tools, and reference decks, updating them regularly based on customer and market insights.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI tools to enhance customer-facing presentations and dashboards.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure presentations reflect the latest company capabilities and value propositions.
Support planning and execution of sales initiatives, strategic meetings, and key customer events.
Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Sales Enablement Manager and sales leadership.
Travel quarterly to support sales events, meetings, or customer engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
2+ years in a sales support, marketing, or administrative role (experience in technical/manufacturing industries preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI.
Experience using AI and Microsoft Co-Pilot tools for efficiency and productivity.
Strong design skills with the ability to translate complex content into professional, visual presentations using (Canva experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills—able to summarize, simplify, and present information clearly.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a “work smarter, not harder” mindset.
Collaborative team player with the confidence to serve as a central resource for the sales team.
