Oversee and administer timely and accurate processing of chargebacks for Alternate Site Trading Partners
Investigate error and fatal lines on chargeback claims to determine root cause and interface with Membership, Contracting Analysts and Data Governance for resolution
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to coworkers/team members assigned Alternate Site Trading Partners
Track compliance and status of original and resubmitted chargeback sales and tracings on a monthly basis
Communicate with assigned Trading Partners and conduct monthly calls with Major Alternate Site Trading Partners
Interact with Commercial Contract Analysts, GPO Analysts, Managers and Directors to resolve contract pricing or membership issues
Create and maintain auto fix rules and request customer number creation/maintenance
Provide backup for Section Manager responsibilities and daily reporting (first pass rate, aging, etc.)
Assist A/R with reconciliation of chargeback transactions processed through Model N and assist with Model N upgrade testing
Work with internal and external auditors; assist with special projects and training Level I Specialists
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2-4 years of related business experience required
General understanding and previous experience of end-to-end commercial contracting operations
Ability to plan, organize and manage a variable workload and meet deadlines with accurate results
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to lead/guide others
Detail oriented
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel); ability to manipulate data using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Strong verbal and written communication skills
