About the role
- Oversee operational integrity and excellence in Consulting Services delivery for Strategic Growth Operations
- Manage and ensure quality control of Consulting Services business data related to contracted client projects, including supervision of and support from Senior Analyst
- Manage business processes and maintain source-of-truth data in ERP (NetSuite), SharePoint, and project management tool (Smartsheet); conduct regular review/auditing for data accuracy
- Collaborate with project directors and managers to assign staff and resources, optimize utilization, and ensure balanced workloads
- Manage weekly and monthly review processes across Consulting Services client portfolio to monitor progress against utilization targets
- Develop and implement internal performance metrics to measure quality, compliance, and financial performance across projects
- Design and implement standard project management and data collection processes to facilitate performance measurement
- Work with leadership and project teams to identify and mitigate issues impacting project delivery, quality, and contract compliance
- Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, are completed on schedule, and delivered within budget and financial parameters
- Identify projects at-risk of not meeting financial parameters and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Serve as internal resource on client contracts and support client servicing teams on contract execution and billing practices
- Collaborate on best practices, standardized procedures, and firmwide process improvement initiatives to drive consistency and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in business, healthcare management, or additional relevant experience preferred (experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree)
- Ten (10) or more combined years in business operations or project management focused roles
- Previous experience in the Healthcare Consulting sector preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint required
- Experience with Smartsheet, ERP (NetSuite), and Microsoft PowerBI preferred
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate future challenges in consulting operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and outside audiences
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in quantitative program evaluation highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
- Experience executing on several projects simultaneously and time management skills
