About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners and build strong vendor relationships
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and reviews; contact suppliers for agreement renewals and execute AD and non-AD agreements
  • Support vendor and AD participation in industry conferences by scheduling meetings and preparing data packages
  • Manage AD and non-AD rebate programs, track accruals, payments, and supplier tiers; review rebate performance
  • Compile and update rebate values in SXe and populate categories for Circle of Profit reporting via QlikView
  • Partner with Finance, Purchasing, and Procurement to reconcile rebate reporting and ensure timely processing
  • Analyze rebate effectiveness and ROI and recommend adjustments
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on vendor activity, rebate impact, and program performance
  • Track vendor sales performance and rebate utilization using ERP and reporting systems; review AD conversion submissions
  • Create conversion scorecards and publish results; review AD Rewards error files and resolve issues
  • Act as Supplier Xchange Administrator; manage SupplyForce POS downloads and reporting
  • Monitor and respond to incoming vendor/AD-related emails daily and compile daily sales reports
  • Set annual AD targets and evaluate rebate management processes for efficiency and implement automation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and vendor agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, rebate programs, channel operations, or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of rebate structures, AD program requirements, and vendor performance metrics
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM and reporting systems; Salesforce and QlikView preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to interpret data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage recurring daily, monthly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
