Provide direct support to Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchasing, or Compliance teams within ICF’s Contracts, Procurement and Pricing (CPP) group
Assist with review and drafting of Non-Disclosure, Teaming, Master Services, and Purchase Order Agreements
Manage contract and subcontract files on SharePoint: naming, reorganizing, uploading, identifying documents by type, tagging
Assist with contract set-ups in Contract Management System and vendor/subcontractor set-up
Assist with internal data calls, internal audits, procurement file compliance, drafting procurement award summaries and price analysis
Support proposal development: review solicitation terms and conditions, assist with business/price volume responses, write price narratives, complete required forms/certifications, attend proposal review meetings
Serve as liaison between suppliers and business units on purchasing inquiries, processes, and problem resolution
Create AI bots and job aids for procurement/contracts compliance topics; research state/local supplier diversity regulations; track/update clause matrices for U.S. Government regulations
Participate in RFP/RFQ preparation and communications with potential and existing subcontractors concerning documentation and compliance needs
Requirements
At least 30 credit hours of college coursework completed by start date
Preferred: College studies in Business Administration, Communications, Data Analysis, Economics, Management, Marketing, Psychology, Project Management, Public Policy, Supply Chain Management & Logistics or related field
Interest in government contracting and procurement, research analysis, negotiating, business administration and government consulting
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
