About the role
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary energy efficiency and affordable housing team
- Review project application forms and submittals by multifamily owners/operators, contractors, and other participants
- Interface with customers and contractors participating in state-sponsored programs
- Process program incentive payments per established policies and procedures
- Support technical assistance engagements related to housing, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
Requirements
- Associate degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and reporting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, administration and/or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerBI.
