About the role
- Manage multiple complex work streams, including allocating resources and staff
- Manage operating budget of ~$15M annually
- Serve as a problem solver/thought partner to support team leaders.
- Provide Direct TTA in alignment with your subject matter expertise
- Engage staff in developing the TTA team’s strategic vision
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Refine team structure and processes
- Stay abreast of industry-wide developments and trends
- Lead business development and proposal efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience working in the affordable housing and community development fields
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience.
- Experience with housing-related challenges facing low-income individuals
- Knowledge of Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs
- Experience planning and providing technical assistance and training related to affordable housing and community development
- Proven track record leading and growing large teams of skilled professionals
- Experience in a consulting environment.
