About the role

  • Respond to CX and social inquiries.
  • Bring the Grüns voice to every interaction.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in CX, social, or community management for a consumer brand.
  • Confident communicator — excellent written skills with a witty, authentic voice.
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools, plus CRMs like Gladly, Zendesk, or Gorgias.
  • Bonus: Shopify, Loop Returns, or Skio familiarity.
