- Respond to CX and social inquiries.
- Bring the Grüns voice to every interaction.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in CX, social, or community management for a consumer brand.
- Confident communicator — excellent written skills with a witty, authentic voice.
- Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools, plus CRMs like Gladly, Zendesk, or Gorgias.
- Bonus: Shopify, Loop Returns, or Skio familiarity.
