About the role

Reports to the Project Management Team Lead
Responsible for production of professional services to meet client needs
Direct projects from start to finish ensuring efficiency, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction
Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients and keep Account Manager informed
Manage project scope, schedule, costs, quality, personnel, communication, risk, and subcontractors
Project planning, resource identification, duration estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Invoicing and ensuring deliverables meet project objectives and performance standards
Provide expert advice to clients and recommend improvements to IBW protocols
Mentor junior staff (for senior levels) and participate in community outreach activities

Mid-level experience (3 to 5 years) preferred
Must have some experience/knowledge of legal, engineering, construction, planning, etc. services provided
General knowledge of industries related to surveying: building, planning, engineering, underground utilities, etc.
Must have knowledge of IBW resources, including team members and equipment
Ability to recognize when a project is outside skillset and refer to appropriate Project Manager
Experience managing projects from award through to completion (project planning, scheduling, invoicing)
Strong communication skills with clients and Account Managers
Ability to manage scope, time/schedule, costs, quality, personnel, communication, risk, and subcontractors
Professional conduct and client-facing advisory skills
Some form of community/marketing involvement (business group, municipal committee, charity, AOLS committee, etc.)
