About the role
- Build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships in Personal Lines
- Tailor approach to clients, working face to face, on the phone or via video calls
- Provide ongoing support to clients year round
- Network and prospect to build and develop portfolio
- Offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and wide breadth of products across Ardonagh Group
- Work in a hybrid and flexible way, possibly outside a standard 9-5 office routine
- Support team, collaborate and contribute to group growth
Requirements
- Experience gained from within the HNW Insurance Industry from a similar role
- Bonus if you have any relevant qualifications (CII/ACII mentioned elsewhere)
- Be proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities to grow the business
- Driven to learn and be curious about the Insurance Industry
- Work well with your team, support others and have a positive outlook
- Be engaging, collaborative and have resilience to adapt to change
- Demonstrate integrity in a financially regulated organisation
- Willingness to undergo employment checks including verifying recent employment, address, credit history and criminal record check
