Full-stack Engineer

• Serve as team SME and highest internal support escalation point for NEXiA software implementations, upgrades, software-related projects
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts for customer-facing technical meetings, workshops, and go-live events
• Plan and execute structured deployment projects from discovery through post-go-live support
• Drive process improvements internally and cross-functionally
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts as automation tools
• Mentor and coach Deploy II team members on technical and project leadership skills
• Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
