• Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics along the entire sales funnel.
• Review and give feedback on training participants' work such as how they run discovery calls, organize themselves, prepare for meetings, run demos, and conduct deal reviews.
• Share best practices from your own experience.
• Objectively evaluate each training participant.
• Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation to individual needs.
• Closely communicate with our Academy operations team as well as company contacts on the learning progress of training participants.

• Trainer relationships: act as the first point of contact for trainers, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Learner experience: manage learner inquiries, track progress, and flag any issues that require attention.
• Quality control: review setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports before they are distributed.
• New trainer onboarding: support the onboarding process for incoming trainers.
• Co-delivery: assist in delivering selected trainings after completing your ramp-up period.

• You will be the human layer in an automated operation: we use Claude, Airtable, Demodesk, and Notion to handle most of our data and reporting, so your focus is where it matters most — keeping trainers supported, learners on track, and quality consistently high.

• Learner experience: handle inquiries, track progress, and flag anything that needs attention.
