About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be the human layer in an automated operation: we use Claude, Airtable, Demodesk, and Notion to handle most of our data and reporting, so your focus is where it matters most — keeping trainers supported, learners on track, and quality consistently high.
Trainer relationships: serve as the first point of contact, answer questions, and resolve issues.
Learner experience: handle inquiries, track progress, and flag anything that needs attention.
Quality control: review setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports before they are distributed.
New trainer onboarding.
Co-deliver selected trainings after completing your ramp-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently a student.
Hungry to learn and curious to grow.
Passionate about people.
Sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills: you can communicate clearly and professionally in both English and German.
Organisational accuracy is your mantra.
Available for a minimum of 12 months, preferably longer.
Genuinely fluent with AI tools.
Comfortable working across tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and curious about how AI is reshaping operations.
