About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be the human layer in an automated operation: we use Claude, Airtable, Demodesk, and Notion to handle most of our data and reporting, so your focus is where it matters most — keeping trainers supported, learners on track, and quality consistently high.
- Trainer relationships: serve as the first point of contact, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Learner experience: handle inquiries, track progress, and flag anything that needs attention.
- Quality control: review setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports before they are distributed.
- New trainer onboarding.
- Co-deliver selected trainings after completing your ramp-up.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently a student.
- Hungry to learn and curious to grow.
- Passionate about people.
- Sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills: you can communicate clearly and professionally in both English and German.
- Organisational accuracy is your mantra.
- Available for a minimum of 12 months, preferably longer.
- Genuinely fluent with AI tools.
- Comfortable working across tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and curious about how AI is reshaping operations.
