About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics along the entire sales funnel.
- Review and give feedback on training participants' work such as how they run discovery calls, organize themselves, prepare for meetings, run demos, and conduct deal reviews.
- Share best practices from your own experience.
- Objectively evaluate each training participant.
- Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation to individual needs.
- Closely communicate with our Academy operations team as well as company contacts on the learning progress of training participants.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert in Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales (+ 5 years) in SaaS.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle in a complex SaaS environment in a high-growth company.
- Experience in sales training/coaching.
- Hungry to learn and curious to grow.
- Process-driven and extremely organized.
- High attention to detail and execute to a high standard.
- Passionate about people.
- Sense of ownership.
- Availability to commit at least 3 hours every two weeks.
- Fluent in German and English.
