Run discovery with underwriters, actuaries, IT and executives to understand workflows, quantify pain points, and show measurable impact of transformation.
Engage a wide range of stakeholders, from junior underwriters to CUOs and CTOs.
Build strong internal partnerships with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
Aggregate data to develop industry insights and benchmarks for customers and the wider market.
Collaborate across hx to ensure insights fuel ongoing customer engagements, lead generation, and product strategy.
Continuously refine processes, using AI and other tools to improve efficiency and impact.
Feed insights back into sales, product and marketing to refine and scale how we deliver value.
Requirements
Gained experience in (re)insurance, broking, consulting, or a related field, with exposure to transformation and pricing engagements.
Taken ownership of workstreams in a project team to ensure successful delivery.
Run discovery workshops with a range of stakeholders, including C-Suite.
Built professional assets and presented confidently to senior executives.
Demonstrated excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
At the moment, we’re not in a position to provide visa sponsorship - either when joining hx or later on if a visa needs to be extended.
Comfortable with hybrid work: spending 2–3 days together in the office each week.
