About the role
- Lead and empower cross-functional engineering teams of more than 10 professionals, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with the Product Manager to design, build, and launch new features and services tailored to diverse European markets.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support business growth.
- Coordinate and oversee architectural work and coordinate with other managers, teams, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment of technical execution with product vision, business goals, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
- Act as a key communicator and facilitator between teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely delivery.
- Lead the hiring process and professional development plans of your team.
- Build the technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and Product Engineering Managers.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven experience in guiding engineering teams to success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- A pragmatic, solution-driven mindset with the ability to balance business needs, customer experience, and technical constraints.
- Experience in fintech, consumer credit, or multi-market product development is a strong plus.
- Hands-on coding experience and the ability to review and challenge technical decisions to ensure quality and scalability are a strong plus
