Engineering Manager

• Lead and empower cross-functional engineering teams of more than 10 professionals, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with the Product Manager to design, build, and launch new features and services tailored to diverse European markets.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support business growth.
• Coordinate and oversee architectural work and coordinate with other managers, teams, and external partners.
• Ensure alignment of technical execution with product vision, business goals, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
• Act as a key communicator and facilitator between teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely delivery.
• Lead the hiring process and professional development plans of your team.
• Build the technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and Product Engineering Managers.
