Danish-Speaking Customer Success Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain existing customer relations and replying to all income and outcoming enquiries via email, chat and phone.
- Review applications, make lending decisions, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Offer additional support for the Debt Collection Team on busy collection days.
- Work with Compliance to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Document administration and creating reports for management
- Keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Danish & English languages (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Punctual, attentive to details
- Ability to handle questions or complaints via telephone and email
- Essential computer usage skills;
- Team player in a fast-paced environment
- Active MitID account is a plus
