• Lead clients through onboarding: guide enterprise customers through a structured implementation combining system training, data migration, and configuration to deliver fast, measurable value from day one
• Solve edge cases: when a customer's loan products or operational workflows don't map cleanly to Hypercore's current capabilities, you'll find the path forward working directly with Product and Engineering
• Own reconciliation: dive deep into loan-level numbers, identify mismatches between customer source data and Hypercore, and drive them to resolution with precision
• Manage stakeholders: run project timelines, communicate risks early, and keep senior stakeholders aligned across multi-month implementations

Onboarding Manager – Enterprise Private Credit

• Build and lead Hypercore’s Customer Success organization, including hiring, structuring, and scaling the team.
• Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
