About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through research and outreach, ensuring only high-potential opportunities reach the CEO.
- Use analytics to measure performance, maintain detailed interaction records, and collaborate with founders to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience in sales development or enterprise sales, particularly in SaaS or technology-focused industries.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience using data to assess and improve outreach strategies, with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to pivot quickly in response to changes in industry trends, feedback, and market dynamics.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, meeting performance goals in a data-driven sales environment.
