About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid and organic channels
- Drive SEO, AEO, content distribution, and organic growth initiatives
- Create content including messaging, campaign briefs, thought leadership, and marketing assets
- Develop positioning and messaging for products, features, and company initiatives
- Translate complex private credit workflows and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
- Drive cross-functional campaign execution across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Analyze pipeline performance, attribution, and campaign effectiveness to inform decision-making
- Continuously test, measure, and improve marketing performance across channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant ownership of demand generation programs
- Proven experience building and optimizing paid acquisition programs across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels with measurable impact on pipeline generation
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and modern organic growth tactics
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with pipeline and revenue metrics
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and bias toward action
- Strong curiosity about AI and a willingness to incorporate emerging AI tools into everyday marketing workflows
