About the role

  • The Vice President of Sales, Global Mobile Account role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to profitability grow the targeted customers (Global Mobile OEM Accounts). You will make an impact in this role by: Develop plans and strategies for capturing new business and achieving the company’s sales goals while implementing HYDAC’s Corporate Sales Strategy. Effectively communicate market trends, voice of customer feedback including product competitiveness to management including Product Division Managers. Provide reporting on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and maintain customer information, opportunities and relationship statuses within the CRM. Work with the product divisions to develop the process, resources and structure to support and grow business with our Global Mobile Accounts. Utilize technical product and applications experts within the Product Division and Sales Organization to grow our business within the targeted accounts Manage customer expectations and scorecards and work with management (including Product Divisions) in driving actions to improve customer satisfaction. Develop pricing strategy and processes to increase profitability with Product Divisions Work with other HYDAC Identities and sales organizations to coordinate our efforts with Global Mobile Accounts. Developing global metrics, processes and strategies. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Develop and implement a strategy to leverage marketing department to grow our relationship and sales revenue with the target customers Develop and maintain key customer relationships and participate in strategic meetings and closing key opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships within HYDAC Global Entities in order to implement the sales and product strategy Set goals and objectives for each team members in line with the HYDAC Sales Strategy and goals Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales team and coordinate HYDAC’s global sales team to deliver profitable growth utilizing our system approach and 6D selling process. Define and implement an optimal team structure to service Global Mobile OEM Manage the team expenses within the estimated budgets. Hire, train and develop individual within the team. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships. This position requires extensive travel.

  • To be considered for the Vice President of Sales, Global Mobile Accounts role, you must have the following minimum qualifications: Skills and Attributes The ability to use data driven insights to build and develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive growth across multiple channels. Develop relationships with executive leaders with the target customers and leverage these relationships to establish joint strategies. Must be able to motivate and manage a Sales team to drive growth in key business metrics. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and processes Ability to collaborate and drive actions within our Product Divisions Ability to collaborate with the executive leadership team, and board of directors on business development activities which include but are not limited to strategic partnerships, pricing strategies, sales strategies, retention strategies, and market expansion strategies. Effective written and verbal communication skills to interface with all levels of diverse and global organizations Must be a strong negotiator with solid skills and ability to handle challenges such as pricing, delivery performance and quality issues. Education and Experience Four year college degree from an accredited institution; Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred. 10 plus years experience in a senior level Sales position for a manufacturing based Company. 5-7 years experience in a regional or territory based sales position.
