The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in non-agency correspondent lending, a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in correspondent lending sales or a related role within the non-agency mortgage industry.
Proven track record of successful national sales management and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the non-agency space.
Strong network within the non-agency correspondent lending community.
In-depth knowledge of non-agency mortgage products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
