About the role

  • This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence, cultivate strong relationships with non-agency correspondent lenders, and drive revenue growth across the nation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in non-agency correspondent lending, a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in correspondent lending sales or a related role within the non-agency mortgage industry.
  • Proven track record of successful national sales management and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the non-agency space.
  • Strong network within the non-agency correspondent lending community.
  • In-depth knowledge of non-agency mortgage products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive results in the non-agency sector.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
