About the role

  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end to drive conversions, ROAS, and scalable growth
  • Implement structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and placements
  • Collaborate with creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts (UGC, short-form video, lifestyle content)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of EU/UK advertising regulations, platform policies, and best practices
  • Research emerging advertising trends and competitor activity and apply insights to improve performance
  • Maintain experimental, growth-oriented mindset seeking opportunities to scale profitably

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce media buying
  • Proficiency with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms
  • Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating results and impact
  • Familiarity with Shopify and GA4
  • Exposure to attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) is a plus
  • Experience managing campaigns for European markets
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into clear strategies
  • Familiarity with end-to-end funnel optimization (creative, targeting, landing page alignment)
  • Experience setting up structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and placements
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams on UGC, short-form video, lifestyle content
  • High level of autonomy; self-starter able to work with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional business-level English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
