About the role
- Support design and delivery of HR Business Partner-led lifecycle events and strategic projects
- Translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies, analyze workforce data, and provide support to HRBP Managers within Healthcare Consulting
- Support full-lifecycle performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and overall HR process support
- Manage reporting requests; run reports, analyze/synthesize data insights to provide recommendations to HR and business leadership
- Serve as day-to-day HR point of contact for multiple practices, addressing employee questions and referring to specialists as needed
- Advise and support individuals on a broad spectrum of HR matters in collaboration with HR Business Partners
- Consult with HR COE’s and General Counsel on employment matters, relocations, work visas, benefits, and more
- Develop and execute project plans, identify process improvements, and participate in organization-wide transformation efforts
- Report to HR Business Partner, Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- HR Certification preferred (SHRM-CP or equivalent)
- 3+ years in an HR role, preferably in professional services/consulting
- HR Generalist and/or demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and HCM system administration and reporting
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Workday administration experience is a plus
