About the role
- Design and oversee AI architectures that power reusable assets, tools, and solutions used across the firm.
- Collaborate with consulting and industry leaders to identify and architect AI-driven solutions for their specific use cases.
- Translate complex business and domain needs into practical, scalable AI architectures and design patterns.
- Lead technical design and delivery for AI initiatives, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and adaptable to diverse client environments.
- Develop shared frameworks and reference designs that accelerate solution development across practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate promising approaches into the firm’s solution ecosystem.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing by mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development
- 2+ years in solution design or architecture roles
- Experience designing AI-powered solutions using machine learning, data pipelines, or generative AI APIs
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles
- Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and API development
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerized environments
- Certifications in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
