Conduct live product training sessions for new customers during implementation and onboarding
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and recorded/self-paced training modules
Customize training content for different customer segments and use cases
Host follow-up training sessions post-implementation and provide ongoing onboarding support
Partner closely with Customer Success and Project Management teams during onboarding
Develop reporting tools to track training effectiveness and customer proficiency metrics
Design train-the-trainer materials for customer super users
Refine and enhance new hire learning journey and create role-specific training tracks
Partner with HR to facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, compliance training, and leadership development
Coordinate Culture Club lightning talks and knowledge-sharing sessions
Provide training support for cross-functional initiatives and mentorship program development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
5-7 years in a training, instructional design, or customer education role
Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage virtual and in-person audiences
Experience creating training materials, job aids, and learning resources
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), training platforms, and content creation tools
Analytical mindset with experience tracking training effectiveness and learner outcomes
Experience with Google Workspace, project management tools, and video conferencing platforms
Willingness to travel as required (up to 15%)
Preferred: Experience with healthcare software, prior authorization workflows, or revenue cycle management
Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling in training contexts
Preferred: Background in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Preferred: Experience with e-learning development tools (Articulate)
Preferred: Customer Success or SaaS implementation experience
