About the role

Describe tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information
Utilize data to identify process improvements by doing root cause analysis
Drive a better understanding of the data and what the data is showing
Help in determining and maintaining our quality and controls methodology around data analytics
May require occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
Use Modern Hire platform for pre-recorded Voice, Text Messaging and/or Video interview processes

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data engineering, and reporting
Minimum 5 years of SQL experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Power BI or similar visualization tool
Minimum 2 years of SSIS experience or similar ETL tools
Minimum 2 years of Python experience
Minimum 1 year of experience developing automations for business processes using scripting languages
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Work-At-Home Requirements: download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection suggested; satellite, cellular and microwave connection only if approved by leadership
