Help enable new development frameworks with governance using EPES anchor platforms
Act as a lightweight technical project manager and perform hands-on technical development as needed
Develop federated development governance models for EPES anchor platforms
Manage project coordination among governance partner initiatives (ETS, Security, Compliance, Risk, business partners)
Collaboratively develop measurement tools and displays including PowerBI or other visualization tools
Draft RACIs, guidebooks, playbooks, templates, MS Office documents and other governance assets
Support event planning and broad communications management within EPES
Support training initiatives for stakeholders and customers
Conduct research on technical best practices to inform governance models
Perform hands-on low code / no code development in platforms such as Pega, MS Power Platform, and ServiceNow
Support federated development initiatives and gen AI-based productivity initiatives
Requirements
Enrolled in and successfully pursuing a bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, artificial intelligence, business, operations or organizational management
Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later
Highly articulate in written, spoken and audience presentation channels/settings
Experienced in communications with large audiences
Hands-on experience in programming (e.g., Java, Python, C++ or others)
Preferred experience in data manipulation (e.g., databases, ETL tools, etc.)
Preferred experience in negotiations / conflict resolution situations and or sales
Preferred experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or others)
