About the role
- Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for MedSup, PDP, and Specialty products
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence
- Support campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and positioning
- Help manage marketing calendars, content development, and stakeholder communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Medicare Supplement (MedSup), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), or specialty products
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards for Medicare-related communications
- Demonstrated ability to support go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Sales, and Brand
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and senior-focused marketing
