About the role
- Drive sales enablement strategies supporting agents across various product lines.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, FAQs, and talking points.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Brand, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for internal and external sales teams.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve tools and resources.
- Track usage and effectiveness of enablement materials to inform future development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing communications, or product marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, FAQs, and talking points.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Brand, and Compliance.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Ability to gather feedback from sales teams and apply insights to improve tools and resources.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
