About the role
- Support go-to-market planning for products and segments, helping to educate and enable agents to grow their book of business
- Assist in the creation and management of agent-facing marketing assets, including brochures, sales kits, training materials, and digital content
- Contribute to the development of creative tools and resources that drive agent engagement and support business objectives
- Collaborate with sales enablement platform owners to implement content strategies across enablement technologies
- Help evolve agent communications through segmented campaign strategies and new platform capabilities
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on plans and execution
- Apply marketing expertise and performance insights to improve engagement across channels and formats
- Partner with product and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory standards
- Leverage voice-of-the-customer feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting results to key stakeholders
- Demonstrate Humana’s values and support new ways of working through collaboration and initiative
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting sales organizations with marketing strategy and execution
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Experience working with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Anisra/SproutLoud, Highspot, Salesforce)
- Ability to simplify complex topics and contribute to strategic storytelling
- Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and creative thinking
