About the role

  • Lead development of National and Local media strategies across DRTV and Digital channels.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of local initiatives.
  • Analyze performance and optimize; eager to continuously improve by monitoring campaign performance and provide actionable insights to achieve media goals / business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Portfolio, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Present strategies and results to senior leadership, influencing investment and marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in DRTV and Digital media strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, media trends, and community engagement tactics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing agency and vendor relationships, including oversight of campaign execution and performance.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, with a strong grasp of compliance requirements in media.
  • Experience developing omnichannel media plans that align with national brand strategy while addressing local needs.
