Lead development of National and Local media strategies across DRTV and Digital channels.
Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of local initiatives.
Analyze performance and optimize; eager to continuously improve by monitoring campaign performance and provide actionable insights to achieve media goals / business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Portfolio, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Present strategies and results to senior leadership, influencing investment and marketing priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in DRTV and Digital media strategy, planning, and execution.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, media trends, and community engagement tactics.
Demonstrated experience managing agency and vendor relationships, including oversight of campaign execution and performance.
Experience working in highly regulated industries, with a strong grasp of compliance requirements in media.
Experience developing omnichannel media plans that align with national brand strategy while addressing local needs.
