• Identify and implement cutting-edge research methodologies and technologies; drive strategic value and continuous improvement.

• Promote a flexible, adaptive mindset; use setbacks to fuel innovation.
• Serve as a role model and senior leader with strong influence in difficult situations; develop and deliver presentations on research trends for senior clients.
• Ensure team consistently produces high-quality work that supports a healthy and sustainable organization; foster cohesion and optimize individual skillsets.
• Conduct, oversee, and mentor on a wide breadth of research approaches (concept tests, tracking studies, focus groups, ethnography, attitude and usage studies, voice of the customer, segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint (CBC and ACBC)).
• Apply storytelling to translate insights into impactful deliverables that drive client action on complex quantitative engagements.
• Independently develop moderately complex proposals (scoping, pricing, deliverables) and support business development; own accounts with growth targets (~$50-$200K for 2025).
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Account Strategy; mentor RM level on proposal development; generate additional business opportunities.

• Create analysis plans, find meaningful data, synthesize insights, and convey the story in a compelling way

• Independently develop proposals for simple to moderately complex studies including scoping, pricing and deliverable creation
• Support account goals and generate additional business by building client trust through exceptional client service skills

• Provide internal training and train clients in various methodologies and provide research recommendations
