Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or lifecycle automation, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Deep expertise with Hubspot, including workflows, segmentation, admin tools, and reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong editing eye, with the proven ability to write, edit, and QA marketing emails.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM), and marketing contact management.
- Analytical skills with experience building dashboards and making data-informed optimization decisions.
- Excellent communicator and project manager, able to juggle multiple priorities and communicate clearly across teams.
- Familiarity with Outreach, Salesforce, Amplitude, or similar sales/analytics platforms.
- Background supporting webinar or event marketing operations a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
