About the role
- Work across partner marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, PR/Comms, Events Marketing, and Customer Marketing to support growth
- Provide administrative support for campaigns, including coordinating webinars and events, creating landing pages and emails
- Pull and organize key marketing reports and data to support strategic decisions
- Manage and archive partner-facing and customer-facing collateral for compliance
- Own branded swag platform: source items, manage distribution to Partner Account Managers, approve restock and wearables orders
- Coordinate event logistics: printing needs, managing event-related emails, ordering business cards/stickers, coordinating quarterly awards, swag management and shipping
- Support ad-hoc operational and marketing projects as needed
- Continuously assess and optimize marketing processes to generate leads and drive growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting sales, marketing, or partnerships organizations in growing companies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and prioritize work that drives growth
- Passion for collaborating and working with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who can learn independently after proper training
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Highspot, and Outreach is a plus
- Comfortable working at speed and adapting to constant change
