• driving new product development and managing existing product portfolio
• define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new packaging solutions
• manage and track all ongoing NPD projects
• lead the end-to-end NPD process from ideation to commercialization
• collaborate with production, operations, quality and sales teams
• conduct regular cost analysis and margin comparisons
• oversee the creation and management of product information
• lead the systematic marketing and promotion of newly launched products
• have responsibility for Master Data Management (MDM) related to the product portfolio
