About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the segment month closing process and business segment FP&A
- Providing timely, accurate, and insightful analysis for business and finance stakeholders
- Contributing to the business planning process
- Supporting finance and controlling development projects to ensure lean, high-quality solutions
- Partnering with support functions to drive business performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant field of study
- 5+ years of work experience in a comparable Business Controller role
- High motivation to work with data and deliver insightful analysis
- Analytical and proactive mindset to develop and implement new ideas and concepts
- Experience with financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of reporting systems (PowerBI, OneStream, Anaplan) and full proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in English with the ability to deliver value-adding information to the business.
